Harry Potter Puppet Pal - The Real Meaning

I have recently encountered the term "harry potter puppet pal" online. I figured this was some kind of new kid's toy. You know like a little finger puppet of Harry Potter. It seemed likely that a Hermione Granger Puppet Pal and Ronald Weasley Puppet Pal would also be available. I mean this just makes sense, right? Boy, was I in for a surprise.
After spending about 30 minutes searching at Google and Yahoo I finally discovered exactly what a harry potter puppet pal is. So much for my theory about some kind of finger puppet! Harry Potter Puppet Pals actually refer to two animated videos created by someone online. Amazingly, these videos have become extremely popular over the past year having achieved top 20 downloads status at some sites!

From what I could find online there are currently two "movies" (and I use that term loosely) available. The first is called "Bothering Snape" and the second is called "Trouble at Hogwarts"

BE WARNED: The videos below are not really intended for young kids and you may not find them to your liking! Now, don't say I never warned you.

Apparently, after these two videos were released other people began creating similiar videos and, from what my research uncovered, at least one of these animations was made by some guy for his little sister as a Christmas gift. It seems she can't get enough of Harry Potter!
